I have recently gotten into scrapbooking and journaling and here are my must haves and what I am using.
- A good book! Find a scrapbook or journal you like the look of. I went with one from Michael's. I wanted my scrapbook to hold more travel and milestone memories. This one has pockets and I love that it is not too big. It's easier to fill a smaller page and I like the "collection" look.
- Scissors - I got a set of fun scissors from Facebook marketplace! I really like one that can cut and make the edges look like a stamp.
- Glue Tape Runner - mine is the Scotch brand. It works like a dream and is so much better than gluing. Everything lays flat and if you absolutely needed to remove something you probably can take it off and re-stick it.
- Highlighters - I use Midliners and Micron pens to write. I don't like my handwriting so I usually type and print the words that I want.
- Photo corners - I love using photo corners because I swap out the photo or ephemeral item to whatever I want. It also adds dimension to my page.
- My own stickers and illustrations! I illustrate and photograph my surroundings and love to incorporate those on to my pages. If you have traveled where I have you can find my printable sheets under my scrapbook finds!
Happy Scrapping!
